Ministry of Justice Major Activities and Achievements for the Year 1392

Ministry of Justice (MOJ) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, as per its work plan, has had many achievements during the year 1392 (2013-2014). The major achievements of MOJ for this year are as below:

Preparation of Documents: during the year 1392, below important documents have been prepared and finalized at the MOJ:

·         MOJ five-year Strategy (for years 1393 to 1397)

Ministry of Justice Income:

The MOJ has cash income from some activities like selling official gazettes, collecting one by ten of legal cases and issuing licenses to Associations, Property Dealers and Petition Writers. The money goes to the government’s account. In 1392, the MOJ had a total income of 33,497,254 AFN. The details have been shown in the below chart:
