Habibullah Ghalib Minister of Justice of Afghanistan .Since his appointment in 2010 Minister Ghalib had showed a sincere interest in ,and provided proactive support to IDLO,s initiatives in the Justice sector in Afghanistan and was a precious and trusted partner of our organization .
I am honored to have had the chance to meet Minister Ghalib as his guest at the Ministry last year Please extend my deepest condolences to the family of the late Minister of Justice .
