That the decision letter No 6/99 dated 3/8/94 of public rights tribunal of appellate Court of Helmand province after two times of violation judicial Decision parallel to 8739 jereebs of land located in Daman District of Kandahar Province was issued in interest of the person.
Also as result of participation and defense of this professional member of General Directorate of State Cases, asking again the view of Zabihullah the claimant as defense lawyer on final decision No 4 dated 4/ juaza/13 94 Civil tribunal and public rights of Appellate Court of Parowan Province through issuance of Approval of No 491 dated 26/5/1395 of Supreme Court High Council Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was Rejected and issued order shall be enforceable and implementable.
In the final decision of No 4 dated 4/3/1394 Civlil tribunal of and public rights appellate court of Perwan Province in being state parallel to 20200 square meters, the east land of Kabul river located in First Macrorayane final decision was issued.
That by attempt of Directorate e of State Cases, asking again the view of the opposite side Kabul Municipality was rejected. The Kabul Municipality considers that a recreation Park shall construct on this land.
