Coordination meeting of General Directorate of State Cases of Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with State Institutions

 Dated 30/6/1395 

The coordination   meeting between the State cases General Directorate and state institutions presided over by his honor Mohammad Anwar Sadat Director - general of State cases of Ministry of Justice was held.

In this meeting the following issues were discussed:

Providing cooperation of institutions on prevention of usurpation of state properties, explanation on claim and  defense of  state properties , institutions obligations  in compliance with  provision of Article 18  of decree  of the year 83 on protection and  defense of  public interests.

 In this meeting representative of state institutions, mentioned of their challenges associated with properties and claims relevant to their entities, and demanded tackling of these challenges.

Also during this sitting Khalillurahman member of state cases replied to questions of representatives of   state institutions. 

 In this meeting the following decisions were made:

1.  State institutions providing documents and with presence of their authorized representatives during reviewing and issuance of decision of the court cooperate with General Directorate e of State cases.
2.   General Directorate  of state cases is obliged  to call on  the respective institution representative  during  addressing  issues in courts meetings and shall ask the  courts  to deal with  issues  raised  timely and in accordance with  provision of law.
3.    All intuitions are obliged in compliance with provisions of law to collect evidences in relation with respective property prior to sending of documents to State cases Directorate and courts.
