A Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) on Joint Cooperation was signed Between the Ministry of Justice and Business and Marketing Services Agency of Afghanistan (BaMSA), on Wednesday

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), was signed by His Excellency, Sayed Mohammad Hashimi, Deputy Minister (Admin.) of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and Engineer Basheer Ahmad Khairandeesh, Director General of the said company, in order to facilitate the sale of goods on installments to the staff members of the Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The main purpose of this program is to provide facilities of purchase for the low-income people, in particular, the civil servants of the government.

The objectives of this MoU are set up, to:

  • Increase the purchase ability of consumers/buyers for their desired commodities, employing the installment selling facilities;
  • Prevent the practice of the interest system in the country;
  • Practice a system of lawful profiting  in purchasing and selling goods;
  • Increase the scale of sales of products of the Afghan investors;
  • Support and strengthen the domestic products;
  • Address the requisites of the people from the various walks of life;

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed with the Business and Marketing Services Agency of Afghanistan, which has been registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA).

The services of selling the goods/commodities on installments, has been designed and prepared in coordination and agreement with the ministries of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
