Professional deputy minister of MOJ M. Qasem Hashimzai met with rule of law ambassador Hans G. Klemm in his office on Monday, February 21, 2011 and discussed some legal issues and interested projects. The ambassador promised cooperation of his country on expediting the work process of scrutinizing the draft regulation of women protection centers. These centers are for women who were treated violently or exposed to violence.
Mutually, professional deputy minster stated that the draft regulation of women protection centers (Shelter) is included in legislative work plan of (1389) 2010 and it is being scrutinized. He added that after scrutinizing process is finalized the draft will be forwarded to ministers’ council for processing in near future.
