In this meeting, the representatives of government agencies detailed their respective problems related to Properties and Claims, and requested the addressing of the said problems. They discussed over the modality of addressing the common rights in the triplet trials, as well as the process of appeal by the representative of the State Cases Department.

The participants of this meeting also discussed in details on returning the government estates/properties after the proceedings of judicial processes, contracts related to endowment and the government, which are given on low prices as well as implementing the deeds which are transferred from one government agency to another government agency. At the end, the following decisions were made:

  1. Seeking opinion and directive of the Supreme Court on issuing deeds of ownership to/between two government agencies;
  2. Preventing usurpation of the government owned lands;
  3. Organizing a one-week program of public awareness on Claims and Public Rights for the Hoqooq and Amlak (Estate) Departments officials of various ministries, professionals and members of the State Cases;
  4. The representatives of the government agencies were asked to present reports in the next session on returning the government owned estates/properties, after the judicial processes;
  5. The representatives of the government agencies were advised to notate their problems related to estates/properties and claims for discussion and taking appropriate actions.

At the end, the representatives of the government agencies were told if they had, any complain on the modus operandi of the General Directorate of the State Cases, could send one of their representatives to the said department for the prompt solution of problems relevant to a particular dossier.
