His Excellency Dr. Abdul Basir “Anwar” Minister of justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan had talks with Mr. Brand Misereshmate the Director of GIZ .

 The Minister of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan expressed gratitude for the continuous cooperation of GIZ organization for equipments provided for some of the departments of this Ministry.

 At this time Mr.  Eshmate   said: in a meeting  held on Anti – admin corruption awhile  ago  in the office of Islamic  Republic of  A Afghanistan ; His Excellency  the  president of Islamic of Afghanistan, Chief executive, National Security Advisor and Minister of Justice  of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan , Head of supreme court and Attorney General had discussion on Anti- admin –corruption .

According to Mr. Eshmate : it  is considered that  a specific tribunal  for Ati-administrative corruptions is  established.

 Considering such a status, the   Minister of Justice  added  that: for reforming the justice system it is planned that His Excellency  Sarwar Danish second vice president of  Islamic  Republic of Afghanistan to collect the perspectives of  the Minstery of interior Affairs, Ministry of Justice ,Attorney General Office and Supreme Court and at the moment Advisors to the office of the second Vice – president of the  of the president office  are working  on it.

 He also stated that: considering the greater busyness of legislation Department attempts to process 60 legislative documents.

 In continuation the Minister of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan talked on legislative stage and asked the organization to support the legislative Stage with the equipments required.

 Mr. Eshmate says: in debate sitting among states I was mandated to spend one million dollar in 2017besides core budged.

Mr. Eshmate added that:  considering their challenges endeavors to enhance the cooperation.

 At the end, His Excellency the Minister of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan expressed indebtedness, and gratitude for introduction of 18 staff members of this minister for senior internship program by GIZ organization.
