Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Government Cases Directorate Holds Coordination Meeting with Government Institutions

Mir Mohammad Anwar “Sadat” Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, General Director of Government Cases met with Ministries and other Government Representatives on Wednesday 4 May 2016

Mr. Sadat said: “This meeting is organized to tackle existent challenges with regard to usurpation of public properties and seeking solutions for it.”

Participants discussed on coordination resolution dated 3 February 2016 and Government Institutions problems on properties and claims relevant to their administrations to be dealt with.

Mr. Sadat called on representatives to bring their notes, documents and evidences to talk about their solutions directly.

Moreover, General Director Assistant of Government Cases Directorate presented a plan on how to handle conflicts between Government Institutions. He also, talked on endowed and government lands contracts which are made for a very low price.

At the end, a 10 article resolution was issued and decision was made to hold periodic meetings attended by professional and competent members of institutions for improving the level of cooperation.
