A Member of the General Legislation Directorate Successfully Completes his PhD in Egypt

Mr. Habib U Rahman Rahimi- a professional member of General Legislation Directorate of Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, successfully defended his doctoral thesis under the title of Constitutional Guarantees for the Accused in a Fair Trial Proceeding (Al Dhamanat al dastoriah lilhaq fi al mahakimah al adilah) on December 13^th 2018, in Aien Shams Conference Hall.

Mr. Rahimi has wrote his doctoral thesis in 600 pages using 558 references and divided the thesis into one introduction, three sections, eleven chapters, twenty-eight  topics and a conclusion in a period of three years (2015-2018). He wrote the thesis under the instructions of his lecturers, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Aal- Parliament Speaker and lecturer in Ain Shams University of Egypt and Professor Dr. Rabi Anwar Fateh Al Baab. He defended his thesis and achieved the Doctoral degree in presence of different Arabic and non-Arabic countries researchers and Afghan students in Cairo-Egypt.
