Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Between Ministry of Justice and the Financial and Banking Institute of Afghanistan

This Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Mr. Obaidullah Ebadi- Acting Director of Human Resources of Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Mr. Lutful Haq Noor Pesarlay- Director of Financial and Banking Institute of Afghanistan.

The aim of this Memorandum of Understanding is to create a transparent and effective training mechanism between the Ministry of Justice and the Financial and Banking Institute of Afghanistan. On the basis of this MoU, the Financial and Banking Institute of Afghanistan, for the purpose of raising the capacity of the staff of Ministry of Justice, would conduct vocational training programs (general principles of banking, specialty programs on human resources, leadership, accounting and procurement) in different time intervals, in accordance with the training requirements of the Ministry of Justice.

The Financial and Baking Institute of Afghanistan, works as an independent and semi-government agency, under the supervision of “Da Afghanistan Bank” with the aim of improving the capacity building of the financial sector in Afghanistan.
