During this meeting, Mr. Charge d’ Affairs of German Embassy in Kabul, praised the progress of the Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on legislative drafting. Publication of the Penal Code in the official Gazette and Consideration of  the proportionality of the crime and the punishment based on the standards of the International Conventions to which Afghanistan has acceded, is one of the functions praised by Mr. Charge d’ Affairs  and his accompanying delegation.
