Introduction of His Excellency Mohammad QasimHalimi as Deputy Minister in Technical Affairs of the Ministry of Justice

The Introduction Ceremony of Mr. Halimi was Held in the Ministry of Justice and was attended by Engineer Mohammad Khan the First Deputy of CEO of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Baseer Anwar the Minister of Justice, Honorable QayamuddinQashafHead of the Afghanistan Ulema Council and other Honorable Elders and Officials.

At the beginning, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Baseer Anwar thanked Leaders of the National Unity Government and welcomed participants of the ceremony. Minister of Justice Declared that appointment of Mr. Halimi as Deputy Minister in technical Affairs of Ministry of Justice was a right decision and wished him further success.

In the meantime, Engineer Mohammad Khan the First Deputy of CEO pointed out the Responsibilities of Ministry of Justice and described Mr. Halimi as Honest and competent person for the position of Deputy Minister in technical affairs of the ministry. The first Deputy Chief of CEO wished Mr. Halimi success in his new position.

Sayeed Mohammad Hashimi the Deputy Minister (Finance and Admin) of Ministry of Justice welcomed the appointment of Mr. Halimi and read out the decree of President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on appointment of Mr. Halimi as Deputy Minister in Technical affairs of Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Halimi in his speech thanked the National Unity Government Leaders for their confidences and emphasized on importance of Consultation and coordination in working field.

At the end, Head of the Afghanistan Ulema Council ensured participants of Halimi’s Hardworking and honest Character and concluded the ceremony with prayer. Mohammad Khan the First Deputy of CEO, Minister of Justice, Head of the Afghanistan Ulema Council and other elders and officials later accompanied Mr. Halim to his Office in the Ministry of Justice.
