Holding of Gender sub- directorate coordination meeting with femal representatives of central Departments of Ministry of Justice

The Gender sub- directorate of Ministry of justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan held their first coordination meeting for presenting activities and achievements carried out during the current year.

 In this meeting, in addition to presenting activities carried out, discussion and exchange of view took place on challenges ahead of female staff of this Ministry. Also recommendations and effective solutions were delivered for improvement of affairs.

Participants proposed that the mother’s day should be held yearly in this Ministry and further presence of female staff shall be considered in capacity building programs and also proposed that a location shall be considered for female category to say prayer.
