Opening of the Balkh Juvenile Rehabilitation Center

His Excellency Doctor Abdul Basir Anwar, Minister of Justice of Afghanistan and his accompanying delegation visited the department of Justice of Balkh Province of Afghanistan.

Minister of Justice met four-star General Atta Mohammad Noor; governor of Balkh Province and discussed the current situation of Afghanistan. Subsequently, Minister of Justice shared his condolences on the recent attack on 209 Military Corps in Balkh province of Afghanistan in which numbers of Afghan Soldiers were killed and injured. At the end, Minister of Justice wished the martyred soldiers rest in peace and for the injured soldiers quick recovery.

Minister of Justice, in presence of Ahmad Khan, the first deputy chief executive officer of Afghanistan and Mr. Atta Mohammad Noor; governor of Balkh Province opened the Juvenile rehabilitation Center by cutting the ribbon, which is built by the promotional budget of Ministry of Justice of Afghanistan. In this ceremony, head of the justice department of Balkh, welcomed the guests and provided report on the achievements of the said department.

Governor of Balkh; Four-star General Atta Mohammad Noor admired the achievements of the Balkh Justice department and congratulated the opening of the new Juvenile Rehabilitation Center in Balkh.

 Minister of Justice pointed out to the responsibilities of the justice department’s employees and reminded them their responsibilities and obligations and congratulated them the opening of the Balkh Juvenile rehabilitation Center. Minister of justice declared that this center would help in terms of protecting and correction of juveniles in future.

Minister of Justice, Doctor Abdul Basir Anwar also visited Hoqoq Department, Government cases department, Juvenile rehabilitation Centers and legal Aid departments of the ministry of Justice in Balkh province and instructed the employees of the mentioned departments to fulfill their duties transparently. Minister of Justice also visited the new building of ministry of Justice and emphasized to accelerate its building process.

As well as, Minister of Justice, the first deputy chief executive officer of Afghanistan and his accompanying delegation, visited the 209 military corps on Sunday afternoon and wished the martyred soldiers rest in peace and quick recovery for the injured.

In this tour, Mohammad sediq Sediqi; head of the Juvenile rehabilitation centers, Shah Wali Attaee; head of Policy and Plan, Naef Reazat; acting head of the foreign relation department and Mr. Osmani; advisor of the Minister of Justice were accompanying the minister of Justice.
