On behalf of the Leadership Board and Staff of the Ministry of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

I congratulate  and felicitate  the advent of the new year and  auspicious spring  of 1396 Solar Year to  Respected Excellencies Mohammad Ashraf Ghani the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Respected  Dr. Abdullah  Abdullah Chief Executive of the National Unity Government, Vices President of  the President and  Chief Executive, Chairmen of both Upper and Lower Houses of the Parliament, Chief Justice and Respected Judiciary Members, Attorney General, Respected Cabinet  Members and to all  the Martyr-Fostering  Muslim Nation of Afghanistan, wishing  Allah (all glorification to him) to grant the  people of Afghanistan more Success in Stabilization of Peace, Security, Unity and Integrity, Respect and Honor.
