Coordination Meeting between the General Directorate of the State Cases and Government Institutions

A coordination meeting held between the General Directorate of State Cases of the Ministry of Justices, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and government institutions, chaired by Mir Mohammad Anwar Sadat, General Director of the State Cases, at the Ministry of Justice.

In this meeting; decisions, suggestions and opinions discussed in the previous meeting were reviewed at first. Meanwhile, the General Directorate of the State Cases presented a brief report on the achievements of the department and then the performance and the manner of considering the cases sent to the General Directorate of the State Cases were discussed.

In the meeting, the representatives of the relevant ministries were asked to report the decisions made/taken in this meeting to their respective departments and report back the results in the next meeting. Also, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Information and Culture were requested to send their representatives to the General Directorate of the State Cases regarding the changing and defending of the property and the manner of considering the cases, and report the progress in this regard to the next meeting.

In case, the institutions have any complain over the issues under consideration in the General Directorate of the State Cases and the way they are undertaken, it is recommended that their representatives approach to the General Directorate of the State Cases, so that the problems are solved by going through the cases in the shortest possible period of time.

At the end, it was decided that the meetings should be held continuously on the specified times with the participation of the authorized and professional representatives of the institutions, who possess adequate information on the issue under discussion in the meeting and report back to their respective senior officers for their further cooperation.
