His Excellency Dr. Abdul Basir Anwar the Minister of Justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan had a meeting and discussion with Mr. Omair Tai baiteemof the Ambassador or Kazakhstan in Kabul.

 In this meeting  both sides had talks and discussion  on exchanging of information and experience  of drafting  and scrutinizing  of laws, particularly Anti – Admin corruption law,  status of  different Children in term of  law in Juvenile Centers, providing  awareness on ominous phenomenon of suicide  for children accused of crimes against  internal and external security  and  quality  of Anti- narcotics in terms of legal status.

 The Minister of Justice says, in a meeting that had while ago with Minister of Kazakhstan I had discussion and talks on development of justice and legal cooperation and situation of children in Afghanistan however the Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan was defining the situation of Afghanistan especially the situation of children through Bad- Badak Baz (kite runner) (written by   Khalid Hausaini ).  but considering shortage of time  I delivered general information on situation of Afghanistan and  in particular  the situation of children; Notwithstanding that it  requires  that you as ambassador  of that country in Kabul tell  your  eye witnessed facts and real anecdotes  of our society to our  friends, in our opinion it is an untrue  story  that such an incident has reflected in that novel . 

 Also the Minister of Justice added:  besides other legislative documents the Law on protection of child rights is one of the most important references for guaranteeing child rights, the law shall be soon sent to parliament for approval. We have done effective works in this respect.

Mr. Baitimof states that: you have more experiences in the area of drafting and scrutinizing laws and more over your attempts aimed at providing awareness   for children  accused of crimes against internal and external security on ominous phenomenon of suicide  are effective. In  a  meeting that I had with the Minister of pilgrimage  and endowment I asked him  that in cooperation with  scholars, also cooperate  with us in this regard .  That with a view to fight extremism and introduction of Islamic holy religion,  provide awareness .

At the end Mr. Baiteemof promised to make the required cooperation for development of justice and legal cooperation.
