Based on  the new law on property dealing which was endorsed b y legislative decree of The president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, fine of delay  in extending of license of  property dealing  for each day is 300 Afghani  and in case  the process continues   till 45 days  the license for property dealing is  revoked .

 Based on law on property dealing published in official gazette in the year 1189, property dealing offices had been obliged to extend their licenses on the basis of this law until 8th of Sunbullah of the year 1395.  Based on  this law , the delay fine in extension   of property dealing  license for each  day   was 100 Afghani  and in case   this process  continued  till 30 days  the dealing license was revoked.

 Based on legislative decree No 135, the law on property dealing serial No1189   of the year 1394 is revoked.

 The new law on property dealing   hasn’t yet been published in official gazette.
