On Wednesday February 24, 2011, a meeting with the chairmanship of the MOJ Administrative Deputy Qanonwal Sayed Yusuf Haleem was held to issue certificates for the Human Resources staff who had participated in the training program.
The program was held by the European Union Justice and Judicial Sector Reform Project (Adam Smith international organization) and it was taught by the national and international professors.
The program was held two times a week and it continued from September 26, 2010 to October 19, 2010. Thirty one personal of Human Resources Department attended in this training program and the following subjects were taught to participants: (the Human Resources legal framework, duties of Human Resources Department, analysis and preparing the Terms of Reference, performances and recruitment management).
In the beginning the MOJ Administrative Deputy talked about the need for training programs, as well as thanked Ms. Liz the Adam Smith representative and Founder of the program and Dr. Rauf, trainer of the program. The deputy also appreciated their efforts and asked for their future cooperation.
Then Ms. Liz stated that such training programs shall continue. Moreover she illustrated “that the first stage of the program was started from Human Resources Department and Justice and Judicial Sector and we hope this have strengthen your capacity. Running such programs assure us to run the same programs in the future”.
By the end of the meeting the participants were issued with certificates by the Deputy Minister, Head of the Human Resources Department and Ms. Liz.
