Coordination Meeting between General Directorate of the Government Cases and Governmental Administrations

The coordination meeting between General Directorate of Government Cases and Governmental Administrations presided over by his honor “Mohammad Anwar Sadaat” head of the general directorate.

In this meeting, recommendations and suggestions of the previous meeting reviewed and subsequently below issues were discussed:

• Drawing the cooperation of administrations to avoid usurpation of government properties.
• Comments and views of participants regarding procedure of defending the government properties in General directorate of the government cases.
• Explanations of the Representative of the Supreme Court regarding process of the deeds between two governmental administrations.
• Reports of restoration of lands after its trial accomplishment, by the participants.
• Collecting views, suggestions and recommendations of the participants regarding performances of the General directorate of government cases.
• Request of the General directorate of the government cases that they shall be provided with the documents and evidences during defending a public interest.

In this meeting, in addition to the discussion of the aforementioned issues, the below decision are taken:

1- The representatives of the relevant administrations are requested to report the decisions and minutes of the meeting to their administrations and present its conclusion in the next meeting.

2- Municipalities are bound, in coordination with Supreme Court, to develop a list of the deeds of the acquired properties with their dates and prepare its duplicate copies and protect their properties accordingly.

3- Representatives of the administrations shall present their report regarding restoration of government properties after its trail accomplishment in the next meeting.

4- Administrations shall present their concerns regarding proceedings of the courts in the coordination meeting between Ministry of Justice and attorney General office and attract the cooperation of the Supreme Court regarding acquiring duplicate copy of the Lands.

5- Administrations who want to review the final verdicts of the courts shall present their reasons.

6- Relevant institutions shall collect evidences and submit them to the general directorate of the government cases.

7- Representatives of the governmental administrations shall develop a list of their concerns regarding properties and lawsuits and present them in the next meeting for the further discussion.

8- If an administration is complainant regarding proceedings of cases which are being under process in the general directorate of the government cases, better to show up in the general directorate of government cases in order to seek a prompt solution.

9- Property transition from an administration to another is being processed based on the decision of the presidential Palace and deeds are not processed as the seller or buyer is a governmental administration.

At the end decided that such meetings shall be held on its exact dates with the participation of professional and expert representatives of the administrations, besides, the aforementioned representatives have to report the decisions of the meeting to their relevant administrations.
